What I Don't Like About BGASC.COM

Since you have plenty of options when it comes to paying, BGASC requires a lot if you want to purchase through a certain method.
If you want to pay via Paper Check by Mail, you should have an online order with a minimum purchase of $1,000 to $100,000 or a phone order from $30,000 to $100,000. The check must be received in 10 business days with address verification and/or photo ID. They also require credit cards or debit cards for market loss policy.
For bank wire or bank-to-bank transfers, the range for online orders is from $3,000 to $250,000, and for phone orders, the minimum is $30,000 with no maximum purchase. The transfer must be initiated on the next business day. They also require credit cards or debit cards for market loss policy.
- You can't change your orders
Apparently, BGASC does not allow you to change your order. This is to ensure fast order processing for their customers, their system is automated, therefore making it very difficult and time-consuming to modify an order after it has been confirmed.
- There's a fee if you want to cancel your orders
BGASC incurs a $35 cancellation fee plus market loss charges if applicable.
But, you must cancel within twenty-four (24) hours or before shipment.
- Reviews Went From Positive To Negative
What I noticed while reading the BGASC customers' reviews is that most of the reviews at the end of 2022 and 2023 are negative compared to the last years, some complaints claim that they become less professional due to the change of management.
